TikTok Downloader Not Working? Try These Fixes
Troubleshoot common TikTok downloader issues, including invalid links, private videos, expired pages, and browser downloads.
Check that the video is public
A downloader can only read content that is publicly accessible. Private accounts, followers-only posts, removed videos, age-restricted content, and regional restrictions may not return a downloadable file.
Copy the link again
Open the original TikTok post and use Share then Copy link. Pasting a profile URL, a screenshot, or a partial address will not identify one specific video. If you use a short link, wait for it to finish redirecting before trying again.
Review your browser download settings
A file may be ready but open in a new browser tab, be blocked by a download permission, or save to a location you did not expect. Check your browser’s download list and disable only extensions that intentionally block file downloads.
